(Your name on two cards from different banks score 25 points each, two or more from the same bank only score 25 points in total):

• Marriage Certificate
• Medicare Card
• Council Rates Notice
• Membership card - union, club, association, library, video library

(Your name and address verified from):

• Electoral Roll
• Landlord
• Public Utility records such as electricity, gas, telephone bill
• Car or Boat registration certification
